Promotion US Beef

Client: U.S. Meat Export Federation

Briefing

U.S. Meat Export Federation asked us to promote US Beef in The Netherlands. Invitees, 85 traders, chefs and journalists were attended at this beautiful location: RIJKS Restaurant in Amsterdam.

Concept

First, a butcher gave a presentation for traders, topchefs and journalists about 4 different cuts of the beef: striploin, picanha, chuck roll and brisket. Hij explained how to cut, how to marinate and how to prepare the meat.
Second, chef Joris Bijdendijk and his team prepared a tasting with the four different cuts of the beef, combined with local products. The attendees enjoyed the great lunch in combination with matching California Wines with every course.

Result

A successful event in RIJKS Restaurant and a lot of interest in US Beef.
